We arrived shortly after 20:00 in the gravel car park just opposite the entrance of Pevensey Castle and made our way to public house next door to conduct our briefing for the investigation. We started our investigation at 21:00 and made our way to the Roman road in Search of the Albert Tillie tree which Clare had smelt very Strong alcohol on a previous visit. After checking a few trees’s Nathan spotted a silhouette in between trees at the edges of some bushes east our position on the Roman road. We made our way over to investigate and Nathan felt a strong sense at anger which was directed at us for disturbing them! We took various photos and some camcorder footage of the area along with an EVP experiment. The entity did not seem to want to communicate and was draining our equipment and ourselves! Nathan was feeling very uncomfortable at this point and it was decided to leave and move onto another area. In doing so the entity launched an attack at Nathan who became very nauseas and after this encounter.

We made our way to the graveyard but Nathan mentioned we were being stalked by this malevolent entity! We arrived at the Grave yard Nathan said he felt their was a good spirit protecting the area and did not mind our presence. Clare and Tammy had headaches from the graveyard area. We carried out an EVP experiment in the Grave yard. We moved on to the drainage area which is north east of the graveyard which is on the way to the castle ruins itself . Nathan felt there was something the other side of bushes which was the Roman road and was near the area of our previous encounter with a malevolent entity we were being observed by something.

We continued our way to the embankment at the side of Pevensey Castle and went to the cluster of trees where it is believed people have been hanged in days gone by. I myself had a power drain on my Dictaphone in this area on a previous visit it has also produced some interesting results.  We carried out an EVP experiment after which we heard voices coming from not so far away and we decided to move on up to main entrance of Pevensey Castle where Clare had small stone’s thrown at her in a previous visit. We took some photo’s and Tammy Camcorder was running out of power so we made out way out to the main entrance of the outer walls taking some photo’s as we went .We eventually arrived back at the grave car park where we have previously started from .  We finished and concluded our investigation just after 23:30.

Johan: I think Pevensey Castle will always hold a certain fascination for me it was my first ever place I investigated and I look forward to future investigations there defiantly want to Pevensey again soon.

Measurements & Results

EVP: After carefully analysis of the recording’s no strange or unaccountable noises were traced.

EMF Meter: No abnormal readings were taken during the course of our investigation.

Thermometer: 9 degrees Gravel car park and reading of 5 to 7 degrees respectively.

Video Footage: Tammy captured orb of light which we cannon explain.
