After leaving the A27 myself and Nath, Tammy made our way up the quiet country roads to meet with our other member Clare who had gained permission for our group to investigate the cottage she would move into, when the building work was completed. We must emphasis that we did not do a pre investigation visit as we normally do with properties, due to team members having surgery and holidays. Given the small size of the cottage a pre investigation was not really necessary. We eventually arrived at the Stream Farm Cottage at around 20:00 to be met by Clare who had already opened the property in anticipation of our arrival. We investigated the following locations.

We would all like to Thank Clare for getting us permission to investigate her future home and the owners for allowing us to carryout our investigation. We think the cottage has a very pleasant atmosphere even if it has a resident protector. I’m sure once the building work is completed it will be a lovely place to live.
