The main feeling of this site seems to be deep oppressive feelings & those of dread

Maintenance of the property seems very challenging, i.e. light bulbs blow daily, anything that’s basically fixed, nailed & screwed down ect on one day can be reverted back the next day with no explanation (while we were being given this account the light above our heads continuously flashed until we walked away from it) – the property has received electrical inspections only to be told everything is fine.

Reports of feeling very uncomfortable in the downstairs basement area

3 or more people have received psychiatric help after spending periods of time at this location, all of sound mind before entering with no previous family mental health issues

2 recorded suicides at this location

Unexplained negative incidences, anything  done for good intentions – turns bad, even the slightest issue will turn into a bad negative experience

Glass shards found in food – no explanation to this day of how this happened
